Delivery Consultant / 180 Recruitment Consultant - Technology - Year 1 OTE ~ £45k
Ovise is a high-growth technology transformation staffing partner, operating at the forefront of global talent delivery. In just 24 months, we have generated well into seven figures in gross profit and established partnerships with leading international brands across the technology landscape.
With strong foundations in place and ambitious expansion plans underway, we are seeking a motivated and proactive Delivery Consultant to join our UK hub.
Given our predominantly US-based client portfolio, this role operates on adjusted hours (10:00-19:00 Monday to Thursday, 17:00 finish on Friday) to align with international markets. Summer Friday early finishes too!

- Resourcing, engaging, and qualifying candidates for IT and digital transformation roles.
- Building and maintaining strong candidate networks across niche technology markets.
- Managing candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial approach to placement.
- Delivering high-quality shortlists to consultants and clients with speed and precision.
- Working on a steady flow of roles from established global accounts.
Our ideal candidate:
- 1+ years of experience in technical, technology or corporate recruitment delivery (agency side).
- A proven track record of candidate resourcing and delivery success.
- Excellent communication and written English skills.
- High resilience and a strong work ethic. Recruitment is demanding, and we want ambitious individuals who thrive under pressure.
- A motivated, goal-driven approach, with the desire to grow your career as Ovise scales.
