Director – Finance Division
Lead an established team. Shape its growth. Own your P&L.
Are you an experienced finance executive search professional ready to lead a team of five highly experienced recruiters delivering exceptional billings?
An ambitious recruitment business is looking for a Director to lead and expand its Finance division. With a successful team already in place, this is an opportunity to build on strong foundations, develop the executive search offering and play a key role in the company’s next phase of growth.
The opportunity
- Lead, coach and develop five experienced, high-performing recruiters.
- Take ownership of the division’s P&L, commercial strategy and performance.
- Grow the team through strategic hiring and consultant development.
- Develop senior client relationships and win retained finance executive search mandates.
- Bring a consultative approach to leadership hiring, strengthening the division’s executive search capability.
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to shape and deliver ambitious growth plans.

About you
You will bring a strong track record in finance recruitment, with substantial executive search experience and a deep understanding of senior finance appointments.

We’re looking for a credible leader who can earn the trust of an experienced team, support strong billers and create the conditions for further growth. You’ll combine commercial judgement with the ability to develop people, build lasting client relationships and take accountability for a division’s results.
This role will suit someone who wants meaningful ownership: the autonomy to shape a division, responsibility for their own P&L and the opportunity to make a lasting contribution to a growing business.
