Team Manager – Contract Recruitment

Manchester | Hybrid | £55,000–£65,000 + Uncapped Commission

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Manager to join a high-performing contract recruitment team in Manchester, focused on the ERP / Dynamics 365 market. This role sits within a global recruitment business with offices across Manchester, Bristol, London, New York, Barcelona, Amsterdam, and Australia, offering the backing, stability, and cross-collaboration opportunities of an international brand while retaining a close-knit Manchester culture.

This is ideal for a proven 360 contract recruiter with management experience who is passionate about leading people, developing high-performing teams, and driving growth. You will take ownership of an established, highest-billing contract desk, leading an experienced team across the UK and European market, while playing a key role in the next phase of expansion.

The Opportunity

  • Lead a successful contract recruitment team
  • Take over one of the highest billing desks in the business
  • Manage an experienced team with plans for additional senior hires

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7+ years recruitment experience
  • Minimum 1–2 years in a management or team leadership role
  • Strong 360 contract recruitment background
  • Experience within technology, ERP, or other specialist contract-led markets is highly desirable
  • A genuine passion for people leadership, coaching, and development
  • High energy, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills

Package

  • £55,000–£60,000 basic salary, with flexibility up to £65,000
  • Uncapped commission with no threshold
  • Up to 40% commission
