About The Role
We are seeking an organised and people-focused Recruitment Executive to join our team and support the recruitment of talented individuals across Connected Health.
You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising and sourcing candidates through to screening, interviewing and onboarding. Working closely with hiring managers and operational teams, you will help ensure we have the right people in the right roles at the right time.
This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, meeting targets and delivering a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and other channels.
- Screen and interview candidates.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Review job descriptions and person specifications.
- Advertise vacancies and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Work towards agreed KPIs and recruitment targets.
- Support new employees throughout their onboarding journey.
- Provide recruitment reporting and administrative support.
- Support the continued growth of Connected Health across Northern Ireland and other areas as required.

Essential Criteria
- At least 6 months' previous recruitment experience.
- Experience working towards KPIs in a target-driven environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
Previous recruitment experience within healthcare or the care sector.
