Recruitment & Fleet Administrator
Location: Bagshot
Salary: £28500
Sharps Furniture Group is looking for a proactive and organised HR Administrator to join our team in Bagshot, with a strong focus on recruitment and candidate experience, alongside providing administrative support and cover for our Fleet function.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll play an important part in helping us attract and recruit great people across the business. You’ll be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by carrying out initial telephone screening interviews with candidates and coordinating the next stages of the process, along with supporting our Fitter Recruitment process.
You’ll also provide administrative support to the Fleet team, ensuring the day-to-day administration relating to our company vehicles is kept up to date.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Conduct initial telephone screening interviews with prospective candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Ensure recruitment records and systems are kept accurate and up to date.
- Provide administrative cover for our fitter recruitment process.
- Coordinate and maintain the relevant fitter paperwork and documentation.
- Liaise with new fitters and internal teams to ensure all required information is received.
- Arrange course details and training requirements for new fitters.
- Keep accurate records and ensure all stages of the process are completed in a timely manner.
- Provide a positive and professional experience for new candidates joining the business.

Fleet & HR Administration
- Provide administrative cover and support to the Fleet team.
- Assist with the administration associated with company vehicles, including maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Support the wider HR team with general administration and reporting as required.
- Maintain accurate employee and HR data.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR or a busy administrative environment.
- Confident speaking to candidates over the telephone and conducting structured screening conversations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with good attention to detail.
- Comfortable using HR systems and Microsoft Office.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
- A proactive, positive and team-focused approach.
- Previous Fleet administration experience would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.
