Recruitment & HR Advisor Role

What You'll Be Doing

We are looking for a Recruitment & HR Advisor who will:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination and candidate communication.
  • Coordinate new starter onboarding, including documentation, checks, inductions and ensuring systems/equipment are in place.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems and personnel documentation.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of consultant CVs/resourcing profiles for client opportunities.
  • Provide day-to-day HR administration and first-line support for employee queries and HR processes.
  • Support the management of recruitment agencies, suppliers and other operational relationships.
  • Assist the HR & Operations Director with general business administration, reporting and process improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Approx. 2–3 years'+ experience in recruitment, HR administration, people operations or a similar role, ideally within an IT consultancy or professional services environment.
  • Strong experience across recruitment, interviewing, onboarding and candidate/employee administration.
  • Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Proactive, personable and commercially aware, with the ability to handle confidential information and build strong relationships with employees, candidates and stakeholders.
  • CIPD qualified or currently studying towards a CIPD qualification preferred
