Are you looking to start your career in recruitment and gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced, people-focused environment? At PPHE Hotel Group, we're looking for two enthusiastic Recruitment Interns to join our Talent Acquisition team on a casual contract for 2 months. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting the hiring of talent across our hotels.
About The Opportunities
You'll support recruitment across departments such as Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Front Office, and Security. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and screening CVs
- Shortlisting suitable candidates, assessing candidate suitability against role requirements
- Managing candidate communications
- Managing candidate applications
- Supporting recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process

About You
- Availability needed Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm
- A genuine interest in recruitment, HR, or people-focused careers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
- A proactive and positive attitude
