Blackmont Consulting's London branch is a student-run consultancy that pairs academic thinking with real-world social impact. We work pro bono with NGOs, nonprofits and startups — no fees, no barriers, just good thinking in service of good causes.
We need a Recruitment Intern to help us grow the team. Three months, fully remote, and genuinely yours to shape.
This Isn't Admin Work
From week one you'll be trusted with the hiring process — with a mentor beside you, not above you.
- You'll write role descriptions so compelling that good people reply.
- You'll read applications with an eye for potential, not just polish.
- You'll talk to candidates — scheduling, following up, making sure no one is left wondering.
- You'll sit in the room as we interview, and your read on candidates will count.
- You'll welcome people in — designing onboarding and training that helps new joiners feel at home fast.
- And you'll do it with an international team, across time zones, on hours that bend around your timetable.

Who We're Looking For
- Studying towards, or recently finished, a Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
- A motivated student or graduate within two years of finishing your degree
- Anywhere in the world — our team is genuinely international

Starting
Beginning of the month following your application.
This is a voluntary, unpaid internship, designed for students and recent graduates who want hands-on experience in a global, remote organisation — and a story worth telling afterwards.
