About Us
Blackmont Consulting is a student-led consulting organisation that partners with non-profits, social enterprises, and early-stage ventures to strengthen organisational performance and scale impact. We provide students and recent graduates with practical consulting experience to develop the next generation of consulting professionals.
About the Role
We welcome motivated students and recent graduates (up to 2 years) who are interested in developing practical recruitment and communication skills in an international environment.

What We Offer:
- A 3-month internship. Depending on your performance, your internship may be extended, or you may be offered a promotion.
- Practical experience in recruitment within an international, remote organisation.
- Hands-on experience publishing job ads, conducting interviews, coordinating with candidates, and collaborating with an international team.
