About Us

Blackmont Consulting is a student-led consulting organisation that partners with non-profits, social enterprises, and early-stage ventures to strengthen organisational performance and scale impact. We provide students and recent graduates with practical consulting experience to develop the next generation of consulting professionals.

About the Role

We welcome motivated students and recent graduates (up to 2 years) who are interested in developing practical recruitment and communication skills in an international environment.

Previous experience is not required, as full onboarding and training will be provided. Recruitment Interns support the end-to-end recruitment process while working closely with the Recruitment Team Lead.
