Role Description The Recruitment Intern (Student Internship) will support the Asia-Pacific Branch’s talent acquisition activities in a full-time, remote capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, assisting with interview scheduling, and maintaining accurate recruitment records and databases. The intern will help coordinate hiring processes, support onboarding and training logistics, and communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment experience. This role offers exposure to regional recruitment strategies and collaboration with consultants and leaders across different countries in the Asia-Pacific region.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Recruiting and Hiring to support end-to-end internship and early-career recruitment processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Communication to engage with applicants and internal stakeholders professionally and clearly.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training and onboarding support to assist with orientation and basic learning activities for new joiners.
- Candidates should have strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and reliability in remote work settings.
- Candidates should be current students or recent graduates in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, with interest in recruitment and consulting.
- Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a virtual environment and collaborating across cultures and time zones.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional Asia-Pacific languages are an advantage.
