About Blackmont Consulting

Blackmont Consulting is a student-led consulting organisation working with non-profits, social enterprises, and early-stage ventures to improve organisational performance and support sustainable growth. We aim to give students and recent graduates meaningful exposure to consulting while helping develop the next generation of consulting professionals.

The Role

We are looking for motivated students and recent graduates (up to 2 years) who want to gain practical experience in recruitment and professional communication within an international environment.

No previous recruitment experience is required. Full onboarding and training will be provided, and Recruitment Interns will support the full recruitment cycle while working alongside the Recruitment Team Lead.

What You’ll Gain

  • A 3-month internship, with the possibility of an extension or promotion depending on performance.
  • Practical exposure to recruitment within an international and fully remote organisation.
  • Hands-on experience with job advertising, candidate screening, interviews, candidate coordination, and teamwork across different countries.
  • A recommendation letter based on your performance and contribution.
  • Opportunities to progress into leadership roles within the organisation.
  • Flexible working hours designed to fit alongside university studies.
  • Access to a company email address.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
