Recruitment Lead - Flexible UK Location
Direct Reports: 6 Recruitment Advisors
Site Responsibility: 7 Manufacturing Sites and 13 Logistics Sites across the UK
Travel: Significant UK-wide travel required
The Opportunity
This role combines people leadership, operational recruitment delivery, and strategic workforce planning.
You'll lead a team of six Recruitment Advisors supporting recruitment across 20 operational sites (7 Manufacturing and 13 Logistics) throughout the UK.
Acting as the senior recruitment partner for the MMI business, you'll work closely with operational leaders to develop attraction strategies, drive recruitment performance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality talent into the business.
This is a highly visible role requiring a strong presence across the site network. Significant travel will be required to build stakeholder relationships, understand local talent challenges, support key recruitment activity, and ensure recruitment remains closely connected to business needs.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and developing a team of 6 Recruitment Advisors
- Driving recruitment delivery across multiple manufacturing and logistics sites
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to understand workforce plans and hiring priorities
- Providing expert market insight, hiring advice, and recruitment strategy
- Supporting and leading recruitment for complex, specialist, and business-critical vacancies
- Ensuring a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
- Managing recruitment performance through data, reporting, and KPI analysis
- Leading recruitment improvement projects and driving best practice across the function
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, internal policies, and governance requirements
- Supporting diversity, inclusion, and employer branding initiatives
- Building strong relationships with site leadership teams through regular on-site engagement

What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced recruitment leader who is comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.
You'll ideally have:
- Significant end-to-end recruitment experience within an in-house, RPO, or agency environment
- Proven experience leading and developing recruitment teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders
- Experience managing recruitment across multiple sites, regions, or business functions
- A track record of delivering recruitment solutions within fast-paced operational environments
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capability
- Experience utilizing ATS and recruitment technology platforms, such as SuccessFactors
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment compliance
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UK as required
