We're recruiting a Recruitment Manager to join an ambitious, growing business and take ownership of recruitment across both Head Office and operational teams.
- Working closely with the senior leadership team and hiring managers, you'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a range of middle and senior management positions, whilst also supporting recruitment across the wider operational estate.
- You'll work collaboratively with the company's existing agency partner AdMore Recruitment ensuring strong relationships, clear briefs and an effective recruitment process.
- You'll also take ownership of direct recruitment activity, helping to build talent pipelines, improve candidate engagement and reduce reliance on agencies where appropriate.

This is a genuinely hands-on internal recruitment role where you'll have the opportunity to shape how the business attracts talent. From developing recruitment strategies and managing vacancies through to interviewing candidates, stakeholder management and improving the overall candidate experience, you'll play a key role in building the team for the next stage of growth.

We're looking for an experienced recruitment professional who has worked in-house or within an agency environment and is confident recruiting across both operational and Head Office positions. You'll be comfortable working with senior stakeholders, managing multiple vacancies and balancing strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
