Recruitment Lead
Luxury Homecare Provider | London (Hybrid Working)
Up to £55,000 PA DOE
Bright Selection is delighted to be working with a premium homecare provider to support in the appointment of a Recruitment Lead. This is a unique opportunity to join a luxury care organisation that takes a truly bespoke approach to supporting clients in their own homes.
Rather than high-volume recruitment, this role is focused on sourcing and selecting outstanding candidates who can deliver discreet, compassionate and highly personalised care. You'll play a pivotal role in building a workforce that reflects the organisation's exceptionally high standards, carefully matching candidates to clients based on personality, lifestyle and individual needs.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with in-house recruitment experience within adult social care who enjoys relationship building, values quality over quantity and understands the importance of safer recruitment.
The Role
Working closely with the Registered Manager and Director of Care Operations, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for candidates, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience while maintaining the highest standards of compliance.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from attraction through to onboarding
- Conducting competency and values-based interviews
- Developing engaging recruitment campaigns to attract high-calibre candidates
- Building and maintaining a proactive talent pipeline to support business growth
- Completing and overseeing all safer recruitment checks including DBS, references and Right to Work
- Coordinating onboarding and employment documentation
- Supporting workforce planning alongside operational colleagues
- Monitoring recruitment activity and identifying opportunities to improve attraction, retention and candidate experience
- Maintaining compliant personnel records and supporting CQC requirements where required
About You
We are looking for someone who combines excellent recruitment skills with a genuine understanding of person-centred care.

You will have:
- Previous recruitment experience within adult social care, healthcare or a related sector
- Strong knowledge of safer recruitment and employment compliance
- Experience conducting competency or values-based interviews
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- The ability to recognise candidates who align with a values-led organisation
- A proactive, professional and highly organised approach
- Ideally experience managing overseas applications
Experience within a CQC regulated service would be advantageous, as would a qualification in Health & Social Care, HR, Recruitment or Business.
