About the Role
As a Managing Consultant, you will generate personal NFI in a 360 role while leading and developing a team. This is a billing leadership position with responsibility for both revenue delivery and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate consistent personal NFI through high quality 360 recruitment
- Lead, coach and develop consultants to improve output and progression
- Set, track and review KPIs and billing performance
- Create and execute a clear business plan for growth
- Manage and grow key client relationships
- Drive cross-team collaboration to maximise revenue
- Support hiring and onboarding within the team

What We’re Looking For
- Proven 360 recruitment success within Construction, Property, Real Estate or Built Environment
- Strong billing track record
- Experience mentoring or leading consultants
- Commercially minded and confident with senior stakeholders
- Ambition to build and grow a team within a broader platform
