DVLA's IT Services (ITS) Directorate is on an exciting transformation journey, playing a key role in delivering seamless digital services and exceptional customer experiences across the agency. We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our team as a Recruitment Manager, supporting the attraction and delivery of high-quality talent into our IT workforce.
As a Recruitment Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with the Recruitment Specialist, hiring managers, and external stakeholders to deliver successful recruitment campaigns. This is a rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a real impact by helping to attract talented individuals into critical IT roles across the organisation.

Top Responsibilities
- Coordinating and supporting recruitment campaigns from planning through to appointment
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and keeping them informed of recruitment progress
- Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Scheduling and coordinating sift panels, interviews, and assessment activities
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records and management information

About You
We're seeking a highly organised and proactive individual with previous recruitment experience and a strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practice.
- You'll have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.
- A customer-focused approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.
- You'll be confident supporting or managing recruitment activity from attraction through to onboarding, delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience while contributing to workforce planning and talent acquisition objectives.
