Recruitment Manager – Industrial, Warehousing & Logistics – HOT DESK

Location: Bristol City Centre
Commission: Uncapped (Current desk is generating £700-£1000 commission pm, this will be inherited)
Working pattern: Monday to Friday
Start: ASAP

MDE Group is looking for an experienced Warehousing, Logistics or Industrial recruitment professional to take ownership of an established temporary recruitment desk in Bristol. Depending on experience, we are open to appointing at Senior Recruitment Consultant, Principal Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Manager level.

This is not a desk you will be expected to build from scratch. You will inherit existing clients, candidates, live requirements and a structured handover, with the current business already generating commission. Your focus will be on protecting and growing that existing business, winning new clients and developing the Warehousing & Logistics division further.

Initially, you will have sole ownership of the Warehousing & Logistics desk, remaining hands-on across recruitment delivery, client development and personal billing. As you grow the client base, revenue and workload, you will be expected to build a team around the desk and take responsibility for leading and developing the division.

This could suit an experienced Recruitment Manager who is comfortable remaining hands-on and personally billing, or a strong Principal/Senior Consultant looking for the opportunity to take the next step into leadership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
