Recruitment Manager | Scotland

Location: Scotland | Home-Based
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 + Attractive Bonus Scheme
Benefits: 25 days annual leave + Scottish public holidays + your birthday off
Essential Qualification Requirement
To meet Scottish Care Inspectorate standards, applicants must hold one of the recognised Childhood Practice qualifications listed in the full job description. Applicants who do not hold one of these qualifications will not be eligible for the role. Previous experience within Early Years and Childcare is also essential.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading and growing Tinies' recruitment operations across Scotland
- Building, developing, and inspiring a team of recruiters
- Driving growth across temporary, permanent, flexible, and back-up childcare recruitment services
- Developing relationships within both domestic and corporate childcare markets
- Ensuring compliance with Scottish childcare legislation and Care Inspectorate requirements
- Acting as a brand ambassador for Tinies across Scotland
What We're Looking For:
- Proven recruitment management experience in Scotland
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commercially focused with a track record of driving growth
- Knowledge of Scottish childcare legislation and compliance requirements
- Experience within childcare or early years recruitment is highly desirable
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and motivated approach
