Recruitment Team Leader/ Manager/ Director - Start a division or a new recruitment brand

This is an excellent opportunity to have a standard salary, commission and shares in a start up recruitment business. (Possibility to set up a business working 100% remote if you are not commutable to Maidstone but you must be in the South East most likely in London, Kent or Essex).

The Company

A growing generalist agency in Kent, recently moved to new offices in Maidstone.

The business has just ring fenced a large amount of money to invest and grow the business and so they are adding a number of consultants at the moment and are keen to add new divisions or brands within the group.

The company hire a wide range of office roles, industrial, warehouse, charity roles and more.

They are very strong on the Perm hiring side, with generalist and specialist consultants working for them who are billing very well.

They do 3 days in the office and 2 work from home

Free onsite parking in nice offices with a cafe and lots of meeting rooms and space.

Lead by a manager with 15 years experience leading generalist recruitment teams who is really passionate about recruiting and also looking after their team.

The Role

Perm specialist recruitment consultant desk of your choosing - professional staffing (finance/ HR/ Life Sciences etc - they already have a specialist construction and finance recruiter and someone who does property and general staffing, you could add another specialism at consultant or manager level).

You will come in with a business plan to start the division/ brand yourself and then add team members as soon as you hit triggers, this will be budgeted to you early on, there is significant investment available for growth.

You will be a billing recruiter with management experience keen to run your own business.

You will chose the level of support needed with the MD, which could be more hands on if you are more junior or with less touch points if you are more senior and running your own brand, you can chose to use some of the best practice from the group and then add your own take.

This is a brilliant chance for someone to own some of a recruitment business without wanting to start up completely alone.

The Package

£40k to £60k plus uncapped commission.

Shares in the company - structure to be agreed and discussed at interview.

Monthly commission paying 10 to 40%.

£100 bonus per month for being on target.

End of year bonus 5-10% of your total billings e.g. a consultant billing £172k got an 8k end of year bonus on top of monthly commission.

Open to flexible hours and part time hours to accommodate people, several team members have flexibility already to fit in with life!

The team are often treated to little trips, events, breakfasts etc. The manager is big on motivation and reward. It is a very nice environment.

The Requirements

Experienced 360 recruitment consultants who will have a good client base and are eager to grow and develop a new business division or brand.

At least 2 years management experience.

You must be able to become a company director on companies house.

You will be commercial and financially astute to run a business.
