Global Recruitment Manager
We are seeking an experienced Global Recruitment Manager to lead and transform our talent acquisition function. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment leader who thrives on building proactive sourcing strategies, developing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes across international markets.
This role will move the organisation from a predominantly reactive recruitment model to a strategic, data-driven talent acquisition function. You'll be responsible for creating sustainable talent pipelines, strengthening employer brand awareness, improving recruitment performance and ensuring the business attracts exceptional talent to support its continued growth.
Financial Services experience is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and execute a global, multi-channel talent acquisition strategy that attracts high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing rather than traditional job advertising.
- Build innovative sourcing approaches using direct search, networking, referrals, social media, talent communities, universities, industry partnerships and market mapping.
- Create and maintain talent pipelines for business-critical and frequently recruited positions to reduce time-to-hire and improve hiring quality.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce plans and translate hiring forecasts into effective recruitment strategies across multiple geographies.
Recruitment Delivery
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior, specialist and business-critical appointments where required.
- Identify the most effective recruitment channels and talent markets for priority hiring needs.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Design and deliver a graduate recruitment programme that establishes a sustainable pipeline of future talent.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
