Digital Marketing Campaign Manager - Successful Media Agency - Woking / Hybrid - up to £45k (DoE)

Our client is a growing media agency based in Woking; they’re the UK market-leader in their field and they work with some of the world’s largest and most successful companies. They are looking for a focused, high calibre Digital Marketing Manager, who has solid expertise in paid marketing / PPC / campaign management, to lead the Paid Marketing team of 3+.

Actively supporting and developing a small team of Paid Marketing Executives / Consultants, you will define the paid marketing strategies internally and externally and you will use advanced insights to dig deep into the metrics and analyse performance.

Suitable candidates will be experienced in all areas of paid marketing, working with large and small budgets across key platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Reddit etc.) and will have a strong love of data and analysing results.

What we’re looking for:

  • Solid expertise in paid marketing, PPC, and campaign management
  • Solid academics (marketing degree is highly beneficial)
  • Full end-to-end campaign management from initial research and planning to reporting and optimisation
  • Demonstrable experience using platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft Ads for Paid Marketing Campaigns.
  • Experience using TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Reddit Ads, Indeed, and Programmatic Ad platforms such as Google Display and Video 360
  • Experience using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics is desired but not essential
  • Line management / supervisory experience
  • A love of data and strong analytical skills
  • Experienced in analysing performance reports and insights and producing reports
  • Strong ad writing skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
  • Dedication to continuous learning and progression
  • Highly organised, personable, and professional
