Recruitment Marketing Co-ordinator

Recruitment & Staffing Agency

Location: London

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 per annum


If you’re the person who ends up creating the post, filming the video or organising the event — this role is for you.

We help thousands of people find hospitality and events work every year. You’ll help even more people discover those opportunities through creative content, candidate attraction campaigns and real‑world engagement. It’s not traditional marketing — it’s a blend of marketing, recruitment and community building.

What you’ll do

  • Create social content across TikTok, Instagram and more
  • Develop campaigns to attract new candidate audiences
  • Build relationships with universities, colleges and industry bodies
  • Represent Off to Work at careers fairs and events
  • Support candidate engagement and recruitment activity
  • Analyse campaign performance and improve results
  • Build automated nurture journeys in our CRM

Who we’re looking for

You might come from marketing, recruitment, hospitality, events or content creation. You’ll bring enthusiasm, creativity and examples of your content work.

You’ll likely have:

  • Some experience in marketing, social media, content creation or recruitment
  • Confidence communicating online and face‑to‑face
  • Curiosity for new systems (HubSpot ideal)
  • Strong organisation and a creative mindset
  • Flexibility to travel to universities and events
  • A genuine interest in helping people find opportunities
