About the role
At Adecco, we are proud to partner with the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) in providing critical recruitment services for the UK’s Armed Forces. This new approach will, for the first time, see the Royal Navy, the British Army, and the Royal Air Force have a joint Armed Forces Recruitment Service (AFRS). Delivered through a partnership of the MOD, Serco, Adecco and a consortium of partners, this service will provide end-to-end support from candidate attraction to assessment, onboarding, and Phase 1 training.
Join us as a Recruitment Marketing & Events Lead; to shape and deliver our talent attraction strategy for specialist (qualified) hiring. Use your marketing and events expertise to create talent acquisition solutions that attract high-quality candidates and create engaging candidate experiences.
You’ll report into the Recruitment Operations Manager for Direct Sourcing to articulate our attraction objectives and develop the plan to achieve them. This is a collaborative role where you’ll partner closely with our external marketing agency, client outreach team (for events) and identify opportunities to enhance the plan using our own in-house (Adecco) marketing capability.
This is a hybrid working role, enjoy a combination of home working with regular meetings at our offices in Bristol for partner engagement and other moments that matter.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and deliver the direct sourcing recruitment marketing and events strategy aligned to hiring objectives.
- Design and manage multi-channel attraction and talent pipeline campaigns across events, social media, job boards, careers sites, and digital platforms.
- Analyse campaign performance and recruitment metrics, using insights to optimise attraction activity.
- Champion candidate engagement and support an outstanding candidate experience.
- Build relationships with our partner agency, client outreach team, media partners, and industry networks for events.
- Stay ahead of market trends, talent insights, and best practices in employer branding and recruitment marketing.

About you
- Experience of end-to-end recruitment campaign management for specialist hiring (ideally In-house, RPO or agency).
- Current or recent hands-on content design experience with talent pipelining tools.
- Experience of campaign and event management in the Security or Defence space – preferred.
- Project management, organisation, and communication skills.
- Experience working in a metrics driven culture to measure tactical and channel impacts.
- Understanding of current marketing trends.
- Ability to work with and manage external marketing agencies.
- Derive insights and trends from campaign performance data.
