Recruitment Marketing Executive

12-Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Staffordshire (Hybrid - 2 days in the office)
Salary: Up to £28,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join a busy Talent Acquisition team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in marketing, content creation or recruitment marketing who enjoys delivering engaging campaigns, managing multiple projects and bringing creative ideas to life. Working closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition, you'll play a key role in attracting top talent through innovative employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

The Role

You'll be responsible for planning, creating and delivering recruitment marketing campaigns across a range of digital channels, helping to strengthen the employer brand and attract high-quality candidates.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering recruitment marketing campaigns across social media, job boards and careers websites.
  • Creating engaging digital content including graphics, videos and copy.
  • Supporting employer branding and employee advocacy initiatives.
  • Managing and updating careers site content while monitoring campaign performance.
  • Coordinating recruitment events, careers fairs and internal communications.
  • Supporting wider Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Managing team communications and providing administrative support where required.

About You

We're looking for someone who is creative, organised and passionate about marketing.

You'll have:

  • Previous experience in a marketing, communications, recruitment marketing or similar role.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Experience using Canva, social media platforms and other digital marketing tools.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive approach and the confidence to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering a great candidate experience.
