Recruitment Marketing Specialist
This is a varied role that focuses on growing awareness and engagement with graduate and early careers audiences through compelling digital campaigns, content marketing, and outreach activities. Combining creativity with analytics, the position involves managing candidate engagement initiatives, supporting recruitment events, and using data and market insights to continuously improve the effectiveness of attraction strategies.

Description
The Recruitment Marketing Specialist will have the following responsibilities:
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase awareness and engagement among graduate and early careers talent.
- Develop impactful content across social media, email marketing, web, and digital channels to strengthen employer brand visibility.
- Manage talent marketing projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring campaigns are creative, targeted, and commercially effective.
- Drive event marketing activity, creating promotional campaigns that maximize attendance and candidate interaction.
- Analyse campaign performance and audience insights to optimise marketing effectiveness and continuously improve attraction outcomes.

Profile
A successful Recruitment Marketing Specialist should have:
- Demonstrable experience within a similar recruitment marketing / talent attraction / employer brand role.
- Background in digital marketing, brand communications, or audience engagement.
- Ability to create compelling content that drives awareness and interest.
- Experience managing campaigns across social, email, and online channels.
- Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to improve campaign performance and results.

Job Offer
The Recruitment Marketing Specialist will receive:
- Salary - £40,000-£50,000 dependent on the level of experience.
- 25 days' holiday, plus other great benefits.
- Hybrid working - based Oxfordshire.
