Driver Hire Nottingham are looking for an experienced Recruitment Office Manager to join our friendly, family-run team in Nottingham.
We are a well-established recruitment business specialising in the transport and logistics sector, supplying professional drivers to businesses across Nottingham and the surrounding areas. Our franchise has been established for over 35 years, and we pride ourselves on building long-standing relationships with both our clients and drivers.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being busy, taking responsibility and playing a key part in the day-to-day running of a recruitment office.
What will you be doing?
Your role will include a mixture of recruitment, client management, administration, compliance and office operations.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing and processing weekly driver timesheets
- Completing payroll processes – full training will be provided
- Assisting with credit control and customer account administration
- General office administration and maintaining accurate records
- Speaking with existing clients regularly and building strong working relationships
- Identifying staffing requirements and filling shifts with suitable drivers
- Ensuring all driver and client information is kept up to date
- Keeping on top of office compliance requirements
- Sharing responsibility for our out-of-hours on-call phone, approximately 2 days per week, including around one weekend per month.
About You
Recruitment experience is essential, although transport recruitment experience is not required.

Hours & Benefits
Monday–Thursday: 08:30–17:00
Friday: 08:30–16:00
£32,000–£35,000 basic, dependent on experience
Monthly & quarterly bonus potential
