Centum Engineering is looking for a Recruitment Officer to help recruit people for our engineering projects across Europe.
You’ll manage recruitment from initial contact through to onboarding, working closely with our Recruitment, HR, Operations and Logistics teams to get the right people ready for site.
What you’ll do
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and direct outreach.
- Screen applications, interview candidates and coordinate hiring decisions.
- Keep candidates informed throughout recruitment and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipelines.
- Coordinate required documentation and checks with the relevant teams.
- Support recruitment campaigns and upcoming project requirements.

What we’re looking for
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally within engineering, construction or technical roles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good organisation and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach and the ability to manage several vacancies.
- Confidence using recruitment systems, job boards and social media.
