Deliver a first-class candidate and hiring manager experience!

As one of our Recruitment Officers, you will offer an efficient and effective recruitment and selection process to Derbyshire Constabulary, Leicestershire Police and East Midlands Special Operations Unit (EMSOU), providing expertise and guidance to our stakeholders and customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating job adverts and posting vacancies to appropriate external job boards
  • Managing recruitment queries from internal and external customers via telephone and email
  • Creating and checking contracts and offers of appointment

About You

  • Experience of working in a busy HR/Recruitment role or similar environment
  • Ability to organise and manage own workload, making decisions to meet deadlines
  • Able to build trusted relationships, influencing and challenging decision-making and managing expectations

Part Time - 22.5 hours per week.

This post is offered initially as a 6 month fixed term contract, with the potential for an extension / permanency in post.

For part time hours the salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, this is based on the number of hours for the vacancy.
