Recruitment Officer - Short-Term Contract (ASAP Start)

A well-regarded college in West London is seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join their team on a short-term contract basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual who can support recruitment activity during a busy period.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Drafting and posting job adverts
- Shortlisting candidates and coordinating interviews
- Liaising with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in a recruitment or HR role preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Education sector experience is desirable but not essential
