A well-regarded college in West London is seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join their team on a short-term contract basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual who can support recruitment activity during a busy period.

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Drafting and posting job adverts
  • Shortlisting candidates and coordinating interviews

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a recruitment or HR role preferred
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Education sector experience is desirable but not essential
