About The Role
K10 Apprenticeships are seeking a motivated and organised team member to join our busy Recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within an exciting and fast-paced recruitment environment, supporting the ongoing recruitment of apprentices across a range of construction roles. The purpose of this role is to support and manage the recruitment process from advertising vacancies and reviewing applications through to interviewing, vetting and onboarding candidates, while working closely with candidates, clients and the wider team to ensure the recruitment process runs efficiently and smoothly.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor recruitment advertising budgets and vacancy performance.
- Advertise, amend and remove vacancies across external recruitment platforms.
- Create and update job descriptions, vacancy templates and recruitment materials.
- Review and process candidate applications and CVs.
- Conduct telephone screenings and face-to-face candidate interviews.
- Deliver presentations to new candidates.
- Manage candidate communications, progression and rejection processes.
- Organise second-stage interviews management.
- Monitor candidate vetting, identification, medical and right to work documentation.
- Process relevant industry licences and cards.
- Complete background checks and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Create and issue contracts, offer letters and other HR documentation.
- Maintain accurate electronic records and filing systems.
- Manage outreach with referral partners and communicate new opportunities.
- Create and publish recruitment and company content across social media platforms.
- Monitor and report on recruitment statistics, application levels and advertising performance.
- Represent the company at careers fairs, jobs fairs and outreach events.

K10 Apprenticeships Ltd were founded in 2010 to address the declining number of apprentices working in the construction sector and the difficulties contractors faced when committed to delivering effective apprenticeship programmes.
K10 is a Flexi-job Apprenticeship Agency (FJAA), accredited by the National Apprenticeship Service (NAS), that manages the delivery of high-quality apprenticeships within the construction sector. It is independent of any other organisation whilst working in collaboration with government, local authorities, developers, contractors, sub-contractors, training providers and 3rd sector organisations.
