Introduction
Acorn by Synergie, part of Synergie, Europe's fifth largest recruitment company, is recruiting an experienced On-Site Contract Manager to join our South West team.
Based on-site with one of our key clients, you'll be responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery of recruitment services, managing an on-site account management team, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both the client and workforce.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Contract Manager, On-Site Recruitment Manager, Senior Account Manager, Industrial Recruitment Manager, or Recruitment Team Leader looking to take the next step in their career with a market-leading recruitment business.

Key Duties
- Act as the main on-site contact for the client, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Manage, coach, and develop the on-site Account Management team to deliver exceptional service.
- Oversee the day-to-day recruitment operation, ensuring staffing requirements are fulfilled efficiently.
- Work closely with the client to understand workforce plans, recruitment demands, and operational challenges.
- Monitor and achieve agreed KPIs and service level agreements.
- Manage workforce attendance, retention, and performance, taking proactive action where required.
- Support workforce planning to meet changing business needs.
- Work alongside recruitment teams to attract, source, and place high-quality candidates.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and grow the client partnership.
- Resolve escalated client, worker, and operational issues professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, Agency Worker Regulations (AWR), GDPR, and company procedures.
- Produce management reports and maintain accurate records using CRM and ATS systems.
- Attend client review meetings and provide operational updates and performance analysis.

Requirements
- Previous recruitment experience is essential, ideally within industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or on-site recruitment.
- Experience managing or supervising a recruitment or account management team.
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using recruitment databases, CRM systems, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
