Recruitment Operations

Location: Manchester

Hybrid Working – 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home.

12 Month Fixed Term Contract


In Global Recruitment Operations, we are focused on ensuring that the service delivery of our outsourced partnerships and the processes that support recruitment delivery within Lonza meet the hiring needs of our business.

This serves as an outstanding opportunity to join a global organization on a 12 month contract and partnering with internal and external stakeholders across the hiring community, Digital HR, Human Resources, Workforce Administration and Continuous Improvement.

What you will do:

  • Support a variety of initiatives within Recruitment Operations, that drive greater efficiency and service excellence
  • Provide administrative support to key strategic projects
  • Review, revise and maintain a suite of TA-related documentation
  • Analysis of data to identify trends and issues
  • Review Process and Technologies that support recruitment activity
  • Proactively escalate risks, control gaps, and critical issues impacting financial integrity or operational performance
  • Cross functionally foster strong business partnering and maintain alignment with key stakeholders such as Treasury, Business Travelers and other GBSO Teams.

What we are looking for:

  • Studies in or around Business Administration or Human Resources​
  • Strong Communication skills ​
  • Analytical Skill
  • MS Office skills
  • Independent working attitude with proactive mindset
