Recruitment Operations & Office Manager
Part Time | 2–3 days per week | Whiteladies Road, Bristol
Method Resourcing is a specialist Technology, Data & AI recruitment business based on Whiteladies Road in Bristol.
We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Operations & Office Manager to join us on a part time basis and take ownership of the administration and day to day operations behind the business.
The Role Will Include:
- Recruitment administration and supporting placements
- Candidate and contractor onboarding and compliance
- Office management and general business support
- Managing relationships with key suppliers
- Coordinating with our outsourced payroll, finance, IT and other partners
- CRM and systems administration
- Supporting HR and new starter administration
- Helping improve internal processes as the business grows

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience working within a recruitment business is essential.
- You'll understand how a recruitment agency operates and be organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of things without needing lots of management.
- This could be ideal for an experienced recruitment administrator, operations professional or office manager who wants a part time role of 2–3 days per week.
- The role will predominantly be office based at our Whiteladies Road, Bristol office, working directly with me and the wider Method team.
- There's plenty of scope to make the role your own and become an important part of how Method operates as we grow.
