Recruitment Operations Partner

An exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Operations Partner to lead continuous improvement initiatives across high-volume recruitment, recruitment technology, assessment solutions, and hiring manager capability. This role combines operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and process optimisation to enhance recruitment performance, efficiency, and candidate experience.

Michael Page is partnering with a large and well-established national organisation seeking a Recruitment Operations Partner to join its Talent Acquisition function.

Operating across multiple locations and recruiting at scale, the organisation is investing heavily in recruitment effectiveness, technology, process improvement, and candidate experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence recruitment strategy through operational excellence and innovative hiring solutions.

They are now seeking a Recruitment Operations Partner to join their team in Burton on a flexible hybrid working schedule, on a 6-Month FTC.

Description

  • Managing and enhancing recruitment workflows to improve hiring outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Driving recruitment process improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities for continuous enhancement.
  • Supporting the implementation and optimisation of recruitment technology, automation tools, and system functionality.
  • Managing and developing assessment methodologies and selection tools to improve hiring quality and decision making.
  • Collaborating with Talent Acquisition stakeholders to implement standardised recruitment best practice.
  • Producing and analysing recruitment performance data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Developing reporting frameworks and insights that support informed recruitment decision making.
  • Supporting hiring manager capability through guidance, training resources, and process improvements.
  • Working with internal system specialists and external suppliers to maximise recruitment technology performance.
  • Ensuring recruitment activities remain compliant with relevant employment legislation and data protection requirements.
  • Identifying process bottlenecks and implementing practical solutions to improve candidate and stakeholder experiences.
  • Supporting wider recruitment transformation and optimisation programmes.

Profile

A Successful Recruitment Operations Partner Should Have

  • Proven experience within Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, Recruitment Excellence, or a similar recruitment-focused environment.
  • Experience managing or supporting high-volume recruitment processes.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment compliance, governance, and best practice.
  • Experience working with ATS platforms, recruitment technologies, and assessment solutions.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience driving process improvement, automation, or operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem solving.
  • Experience within hospitality, retail, logistics, customer-facing, or similarly high-volume sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.

Job Offer

  • Salary ranging from £40,000 to £44,000, dependent on the level of experience.
  • 1 day per week in the office and the rest from home.
