Some recruitment jobs are about processing vacancies. This one gives you the chance to shape how a fast-growing brand hires its future teams.
These guys are growing fast.
- New restaurants.
- New markets.
- New opportunities.
I am working with one of the fastest-growing QSR brands in the UK, and they are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Partner to join them on the journey. They are searching for someone energetic, organised and commercially minded, ideally with experience recruiting within multi-site hospitality or retail.
You will work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across the business, supporting recruitment for new openings and existing sites, managing candidates through the recruitment process and helping deliver a brilliant candidate experience.
You will get involved in everything from advertising roles and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, supporting recruitment campaigns, managing agency relationships and helping improve recruitment processes as the business grows. This is not a role where you will simply sit behind a desk and schedule interviews.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
