In the world of travel (and Intrepid) no two days are ever the same. One moment, you'll be sourcing talented cooks in East Africa and passionate Tour Leaders across North America; the next, you'll be seeking out exceptional sales consultants in London, or helping us find our next General Manager somewhere else in the world!
What you need to know:
- You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising and sourcing through to phone screens, interview coordination, reference checks, offer management + more.
- As you'll be partnering with hiring managers across multiple regions, flexibility in your working hours will be needed to support initial training, meetings and recruitment across different time zones.
- This full-time, 12-month parental leave cover position follows a hybrid working pattern, with a three-day commitment in office after your initial training period.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
