About Intrepid Travel
At Intrepid Travel we exist to inspire, create, share and lead the best travel experiences ever – for both people and the planet. We've been creating positive change through the joy of travel since 1989, and we’re proud to be a certified B Corp with 1000s of experiences in over 100 countries.
And you could be the one to find them!
About the Role
As a Recruitment Partner for Intrepid, you'll manage our talent acquisition across a diverse range of countries, roles, and career levels. In the world of travel (and Intrepid) no two days are ever the same. One moment, you'll be sourcing talented cooks in East Africa and passionate Tour Leaders across North America; the next, you'll be seeking out exceptional sales consultants in London, or helping us find our next General Manager somewhere else in the world!
What You Need to Know
You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising and sourcing through to phone screens, interview coordination, reference checks, offer management, and more. As you'll be partnering with hiring managers across multiple regions, flexibility in your working hours will be needed to support initial training, meetings, and recruitment across different time zones. This full-time, 12-month parental leave cover position follows a hybrid working pattern, with a three-day commitment in the office after your initial training period.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
