At GreenSquareAccord, every hire we make helps us build homes, support communities and give people a brighter future. We're looking for a driven, personable Recruitment Partner to join us on a 6-month FTC and own full-cycle recruitment for some of our most exciting roles.
Recruitment Partner
£32,000 to £35,000
6 month Fixed Term Contract
This is a chance to be a genuine talent partner at a period of growth and transformation - you will be instrumental in advising hiring managers, running headhunting campaigns, pipelining, and giving candidates a five-star experience from first application to first day.

What you'll be doing
- Partnering with hiring managers to manage vacancies, plan timelines and pick the right channels to attract great talent.
- Running proactive sourcing, headhunting and social campaigns via LinkedIn, job boards and your own network.
- Guiding managers through offers, salary benchmarking and terms negotiation.
- Coaching managers on inclusive, best-practice recruitment and selection.
- Representing GreenSquareAccord at careers fairs, colleges and universities to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Managing agency relationships and preferred supplier terms.

What we're looking for
- Proven full-cycle, high-volume in-house recruiting experience, headhunting and pipelining
- Confidence using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn and Jobboards to source and engage talent.
- A natural relationship-builder who can influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Sharp organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple live vacancies without dropping the ball.
- A genuine passion for great candidate experience and inclusive hiring.
