3 days on site- Chichester

Your new role:

You will be responsible for the ownership of the operational end-to-end recruitment services and processes to the clients development of strong working relationships between sourcing and supplier enablement teams and client stakeholders/hiring managers; working with the broader teams and client stakeholders to manage requisition fulfilment, management of expectations and timelines, enable supplier briefings (internal/external); oversight of effective and efficient sourcing, and coordination of the recruitment process including interviews/offers and onboarding.

This is one of our most established MSP’s and ideally are looking for someone with strong stakeholder management skills, working in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.

  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Knowledge of stakeholder management and how to meet KSMs & SLAs.

Developing and evolving your account / portfolio:

  • Meet individual placement and fee targets.
  • Contribute to team targets.
  • Identify and escalate areas for improvement in the service we provide.
  • Delivering efficient and compliant processes.
  • Facilitate end to end recruitment solutions from sourcing to placement and aftercare as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) manual.
  • Accountable for ensuring that an appropriate demand plan exists for the business.
  • Responsible for collaborating with the Sourcing team when required to deliver an appropriate sourcing and attraction strategy for the client.
  • Liaise with line managers and the sourcing team to obtain feedback at all stages in the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Manage client expectations in line with market conditions and the principles of equal employment opportunities.
  • Partner with hiring managers to advise on recruitment best practice.
  • Build and develop strategic talent pools in line with client requirements.
  • Identify and utilize a broad range of candidate attraction strategies, including the recruitment technology system (OneTouch, 3SS or other), websites, and networking groups to meet client requirements.
  • Identify suitable candidates to meet specific role requirements.
  • Ensure all client and candidate information is updated on the recruitment technology system in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide recommendations to the client team leader/client manager concerning compliance improvements.

Optimising Systems and Business Intelligence:

  • Ensure data integrity is maintained in both Hays and client systems, updating, and maintaining systems in real-time and performing data cleansing activity regularly to ensure the data and reports are accurate.
  • Document all business activity including client, candidate and job information accurately and in real-time.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
  • Assist new employees in maximizing their use of relevant systems.
