About The Job

What does great recruitment look like at Games Workshop?

It starts with understanding our people and culture. Understanding what a team really needs, what makes someone the right fit for a role, and how to ensure every candidate has a great experience along the way.

We’re looking for a Recruitment Partner who can play an important part in making that happen.

You will partner with staff across our manufacturing, distribution and site services areas, helping us find the people who keep these parts of our business moving. Your recruitment world could range from manufacturing and distribution roles through to site services such as security, bar and cleaning teams. You’ll build strong relationships with hiring managers, taking the time to understand what they need and why. You’ll bring your recruitment expertise to those conversations, helping shape briefs, challenging thinking where appropriate, and making sure everyone is clear about how we can work together to find the right people.

From there, you’ll own the recruitment journey. You’ll create engaging job adverts that reflect the Games Workshop culture, use job boards and direct sourcing to reach the right people, and manage candidates through the process. You’ll make sure their experience of Games Workshop is positive, whether they ultimately join us or not.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

While some roles will be more straightforward to recruit for, every hire matters.

When we have a more critical or hard-to-fill vacancy, you’ll take the lead in planning the recruitment approach, using your knowledge of the market and different sourcing methods to reach the right people and fill roles at the right time.

There’s an important detail-oriented side to the role too. You’ll support temporary-to-permanent conversions, making sure the administration is completed accurately and Right to Work checks are carried out, recorded and kept up to date. You’ll keep our applicant tracking system and recruitment data accurate, helping us produce reliable reporting and making sure our processes work as they should.

We’re looking for someone with proven recruitment experience, ideally gained in-house, who knows what good recruitment looks like and has a track record of building strong relationships while still challenging when needed. You will have experience recruiting across different areas, be confident using a range of direct sourcing methods, and be comfortable managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

If you’re an experienced recruiter who enjoys getting close to the business, building genuine relationships and finding great people, we’d love to hear from you.
