About you
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on, highly organised Recruitment Partner to join us for a fast-paced 6-month stint. We are looking for someone who thrives on high volume, manual processes, and end-to-end execution.
You will be the engine room of our talent acquisition, managing everything from graduate assessment days to niche technical and Executive-level searches.
The role
Key responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
- Full lifecycle recruitment: Manage the entire lifecycle from drafting role profiles and posting ads to offer
- Sourcing: Directly headhunt for technical and specialised roles using LinkedIn and other platforms to reduce agency reliance
- Screening: Conduct initial screening calls to ensure high-quality shortlists
- Events: Lead the logistics and execution of internal assessment days
Stakeholder & Process Management
- Manager partnership: Consult with hiring managers to define needs and provide regular updates
- External stakeholders: Carefully manage existing strong relationships with external partners
- Coordination: Actively chase managers for feedback and decisions to maintain momentum and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Reporting: Maintain manual spreadsheets and trackers with 100% accuracy to report on recruitment data and budget spend

Admin and Logistics
- Scheduling: Manage complex interview coordination via Outlook, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and interviewers
- Tracking: Take full ownership of administrative tasks, including CV reviewing and candidate correspondence
- Compliance & queries: Act as the first point of contact for recruitment queries
