Role: Recruitment Partner - Operational Leaders
Location: Chesterfield, S41 7SL (hybrid role - 2 days in the office)
Shifts: Full-time 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Pay Rate: Competitive

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Partner to lead the attraction and recruitment of Operational Leaders across ivolve. Working closely with Operational Directors, Area Operations Managers and Service Managers, you'll act as a trusted recruitment partner, providing workforce planning, market insight and recruitment solutions that support operational success.

This role combines hands-on recruitment with strategic workforce planning, helping us attract high-quality talent, reduce agency reliance and build long-term workforce stability.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Operational Leader vacancies.
  • Partner with senior operational stakeholders on workforce planning and recruitment strategy.
  • Develop targeted attraction campaigns using LinkedIn, Indeed and other sourcing channels.
  • Build talent pipelines and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Analyse recruitment data and market trends to identify opportunities and improve performance.
  • Provide recruitment insights, coaching and best practice to hiring managers.
  • Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes and support safer recruitment.

About You

  • Recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally within adult social care or healthcare.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing recruitment decisions.
  • Strong sourcing, attraction and candidate management skills.
  • The ability to analyse recruitment data and turn insights into action.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, commercially focused approach with a passion for attracting great talent.
