If you're the kind of recruiter who likes a busy desk, quick decisions and plenty to get stuck into, this could be a very good move.

I'm looking for an experienced Recruitment Partner to join a brilliant internal recruitment team at a point of real growth. New schools are opening, hiring volumes are increasing and this newly approved role will work alongside an established recruiter, with plenty of scope to make an impact.

What's in it for you?

  • A strong team around you
  • A genuinely busy remit
  • Autonomy to get on with the job
  • A GBP 30k: GBP 35k base salary plus commission with OTE around GBP 40k+
  • A working pattern that is ideally term:time

This is not a role for someone who wants to manage a handful of vacancies at a leisurely pace.

You'll be recruiting primarily across Education, with some support across other services when needed, and you'll need to be comfortable juggling volume, difficult:to:fill roles and hiring managers who need answers quickly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You do not need Education experience.

Agency or in-house is fine. In fact, if you've come from an old-school high-volume temp desk where you learned to spin plates, move fast, pick up the phone and get people hired, you'll probably love this - even though the roles here are mainly permanent.

As Recruitment Partner, You'll Be

  • Managing a busy vacancy pipeline from brief to hire
  • Working closely with hiring managers to keep recruitment moving
  • Writing adverts, sourcing proactively and building candidate pipelines
  • Recruiting in some genuinely challenging markets
  • Balancing speed with a strong candidate experience
  • Supporting Education first, but jumping across other services when needed

You'll need to be resilient, organised, commercially minded and comfortable working at pace. Most importantly, you'll need to be someone who gets recruitment and enjoys the buzz of a busy desk.

As the new Recruitment Partner, you'll be joining a great team at an exciting point of growth, with the chance to make a visible difference from day one.
