Salary: £38,689 per annum
Location: Flexible, with the ability to travel in region
Hours: 37 hours per week
Are you an experienced and passionate recruiter looking for your next move? Come and join our Talent Acquisition Hub and play a pivotal role in delivering innovative recruitment solutions that help drive our organisation forward as a Talent Acquisition Partner.
You'll be a trusted partner to hiring leaders, influencing workforce planning, leading recruitment campaigns, sourcing exceptional talent, and using market intelligence to help shape hiring decisions. You'll work across the business, building strong relationships and delivering recruitment strategies that support both immediate hiring needs and long-term organisational goals alongside leading our care recruitment ensuring recruitment is compliant and meaningful.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising through to successful onboarding working alongside 3 other partners in the team.
About you
You’ll be an experienced recruiter, ideally with knowledge and previous experience of working within the care sector and understanding CQC requirements.

You’ll be confident recruiting across a broad spectrum of roles at varying levels, working with hiring leaders to understand their challenges and find the right person, first time.
You’ll have strong working knowledge of employment legislation and be able to translate that into practical advice for hiring leaders and candidates.
You can work remotely, or wherever is best for you, but will be required to travel as the business requires and every 6 weeks for team work together days across Andover & London. We operate across the South West from London down to Plymouth, across Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset and Dorset.
