Recruitment & Sales Partner (Self-Employed • Commission-Only • 100% Remote • Designed for Independent Operators)
This role is built for people who already know how to manage themselves.
If you’re self-employed, juggling multiple commitments, or simply want a flexible commercial pathway you can run in parallel with your existing work — this is designed for you.
You’ll support employer outreach, warm conversations, and recruitment campaigns inside the Genies Career Hub & TalentFlow ecosystem. You choose your hours. You choose your pace. You work from anywhere.
This is a side hustle for people who want to earn and build a commercial identity in recruitment, HR Tech, online education, or B2B partnerships — without stepping away from their current commitments.
You’ll be expected to get moving quickly:
- Reaching out to employers across multiple sectors
- Sending outreach messages on LinkedIn, email, Instagram
- Following up with warm leads
- Warming employers for TalentFlow
- Supporting recruitment campaigns
- Shadowing employer calls (remote)
- Running simple commercial conversations when needed

Commission
Commission is based on the TalentFlow recruitment fee.
- Standard Vacancy: 20%
- Exclusive Vacancy: 30%
- PSL Win: £250 upfront + 10% of all fees for 12 months
- Optional B2B Course Sales: You earn 10% per sale.
