At Orchard Healthcare Group, people are at the heart of everything we do. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and passionate Recruitment Partner to help attract, engage and secure exceptional talent across our care home network.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive recruiter who enjoys building strong relationships, influencing hiring decisions and delivering outstanding candidate experiences. You'll play a key role in supporting our homes and services by ensuring we recruit the very best people who share our values and commitment to care.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Partner, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a designated region, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to identify, attract and hire top talent.
What You Will Own
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles (Regional).
- Building strong relationships with home managers and key stakeholders.
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking and innovative recruitment campaigns.
- Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates.
- Supporting hiring managers with recruitment best practice and interview techniques.
- Coordinating offers and pre-employment checks.
- Attending recruitment events, job fairs and community engagement activities.
- Monitoring recruitment KPIs and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promoting Orchard Healthcare Group as an employer of choice.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a motivated recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering results.
You'll Ideally Have
- Typically a minimum of 3 years' recruitment experience, either in-house or agency
- Experience managing multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong sourcing and talent attraction skills
- Experience using ATS, HR systems and recruitment marketing platforms
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A proactive, can do attitude and solution-focused approach
- Great organisational and time management skills
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally when required (desirable)

Experience within healthcare, social care recruitment would be advantageous but is not essential.
