The Role

Play a key role in shaping DMU’s global recruitment success. We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Recruitment Partnerships Manager to lead the development and growth of our international recruitment partnerships portfolio working with both internal stakeholders and partner institutions across the world.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and implementing plans to grow international student recruitment through partnerships
  • In collaboration with the international recruitment team, identifying and securing new partnership opportunities in priority markets
  • Leading, coaching and developing a small team to achieve recruitment and income targets
  • Building strong relationships with academic and professional services colleagues across the university
  • Managing budgets, monitoring performance and producing reports

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a target – driven, proactive and relationship-focused professional with:

  • A degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience developing successful recruitment partnerships
  • Experience working within Higher Education
  • A proven track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

This is a one year fixed term contract.
