Looking to kick-start your career somewhere you can learn fast, earn well and progress quickly? Hunter Bond is growing, and we’re looking for ambitious, driven people to join our recruitment teams in London.

You don’t need recruitment experience. What matters to us is attitude, work ethic, confidence and the desire to succeed.

We specialise in recruitment across technology, fintech, quantitative finance and digital innovation, working with some of the most exciting and well-known businesses across these markets.

What will you be doing?

  • Build relationships with candidates and some of the biggest names across tech and finance
  • Source, interview and place candidates into specialist roles
  • Learn and develop expertise across markets including AI, quant, cybersecurity, cloud and fintech
  • Manage your own candidates and take ownership of the recruitment process
  • Work alongside experienced recruiters who will support and mentor you
  • Hit targets, celebrate the wins and keep pushing yourself to the next level
