Recruitment Administrator (Fixed Term Contract 6 Months)
Location: Burgess Hill
Salary: £26,316.69 per annum
Hours: 35hrs per week

Our assessment centres, rehabilitation units and hospitals use expert neurorehabilitation to support people to regain the skills they have lost. Main Purpose
To provide Brainkind with an efficient and effective administration service to support our centralised recruitment team, liaising with the HR Team and Operational and Service managers as required, providing a professional and efficient service to all departments and services within Brainkind.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support the Central Recruitment Team and Managers across Brainkind when recruiting. This includes aspects of the vacancy management process, including providing the administration of information related to advertising, shortlisting, arranging of interviews and appointment.
- Lead on compliance and onboarding processes end to end.
- Support the management of application tracking and processing, including correspondence with successful and unsuccessful candidates in an appropriate way.
- Act as a point of contact for recruitment enquiries, i.e. candidates, Managers and agencies.
- Ensure that all relevant recruitment information is sent to individual services for the creation of personnel files in a timely and professional manner and using Brainkind's standard templates.
- Support administration of all offer letters, pre-employment checking, and employment contracts in line Brainkind's policy and procedure.
- Complete administrative tasks for the recruitment function, including seeking references for interviewed candidates.

About You
- GCSE Level Qualifications or equivalent
- Previous experience of working within a Health and social care/ HR or Recruitment administrative or support role
- Previous experience working on a HR/Recruitment information/IT system/database with excellent and accurate data entry ability as well as record management and maintenance
- Proficient organisational and interpersonal skills
- The ability to prioritise your workload effectively in a busy environment and meet specified deadlines
- Excellent IT skills using Word, Excel & Outlook
