The Position In a Nutshell

You will be given a job description for a live role with one of our prestigious clients which will include a list of required and desirable qualifications, experience, and skills as well as the pay rate.

Using job boards, social media, and our extensive database of job seekers, you will search for potential matches for the role, compile a list, and then call them to gather information to assess their suitability and availability.

Once this is established, the chosen few will then be submitted to our client for consideration.

The process is then repeated for the next live vacancy and so on.

The Person We Want

Recruitment resourcing isn’t rocket science but it does require a certain set of skills that are not just words but are meaningful qualities that we know combine to make a successful consultant.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
